NMC RPT172 Accident Prevention Tag, Danger Barricade TAG, 3" Width x 6" Height, Unrippable Vinyl, Black/Red on White (Pack of 25)

The NMC RPT172 accident prevention tag is made of 15 mil vinyl for water and chemical resistance, has a red, black, and white "Danger" logo on a white background on both sides for high visibility, and the front reads, "Barricade Tag" followed by blank lined areas labeled "Reason/Task," "Responsible Person," "Supervisor," and "Date." This tag has a tensile strength of 6,300 pounds per square inch to help resist unauthorized removal. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for attachment. This tag can help identify and explain the purpose of a barricade. The back reads, "Barricade Tag" followed by blank lined areas for providing more details about the potential hazard, contact information, and estimated completion of the project. Additional warnings on both sides of the tag alert workers to the need for permission to enter the barricaded area. The tag measures 6 x 3 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.)
